Caring Together in Belfast Onwards 2023 - Consultation

Overview

The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust has developed the draft Carer Strategy ‘Caring Together in Belfast 2023 Onwards’.  This strategy sets out the vision, priorities and actions which unpaid and family carers across Belfast Trust have told us are important to them.  The draft strategy has been developed in partnership with the Carer Network, which is a representative group of carers.

This strategy sets out the vision, priorities and actions that carers across Belfast have told us are important to them.  The Trust recognises that to accomplish what we set out to achieve in the 5-year strategy, we will need to work in partnership with individuals, organisations and communities and are committed to working together to realise our collective vision.

We are now seeking views on our draft Carer Strategy 'Caring Together in Belfast 2023 Onwards' and would welcome you taking the time to respond to this short survey. Your answers will contribute to the final strategy.

Why your views matter

Belfast Trust acknowledge the huge contribution that unpaid and family carers make to Health and Social Care.  The Trust is is seeking the views of carers, Trust staff and the community and voluntary sector to input into the strategy.
