1. What do you consider to be key strengths and weaknesses of the current structure of use of system charges? In your response, please indicate whether your comments relate to distribution charges (DUoS) or transmission charges (TUoS).
2. Based on your response to question 1, please explain how you expect the relative strengths and weaknesses of current tariff structures to change in the coming years, in light of wider developments in the energy system?
