Overview

The Utility Regulator regulates the electricity, gas and water and sewerage services sectors in Northern Ireland.

Every year we publish our Forward Work Programme (FWP).  The FWP is our business plan setting out the proposed non-routine projects that we aim to do each year.
 

Why your views matter

Each year we provide an opportunity for all stakeholders to make a contribution to the development of our FWP by consulting on a draft FWP.

A draft FWP, which lists the projects that we propose to do during 2022-2023 is provided below (see Give us your views).  We would like stakeholders to consider the draft FWP and provide views, via the online survey, on: whether we have prioritised the right projects; whether there are any objections to our proposed projects; and, any other comments.

Comments should be provided to us by 5 p.m. on 22 February 2022 at the latest.

What happens next

Thank you for all your comments.  We will consider your comments in finalising our Final FWP, which must be published by 31 March 2022.
