Social workers - share your views on the Social Work Leadership Framework

This survey is open to all social workers and social work students registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.  We want to hear your views about social work leadership and how the Social Work Leadership Framework (the Leadership Framework) can be used to support social workers in their professional development. 

Further information about the Leadership Framework and the Social Work Strategy is available from the links below. 

This survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. It covers five key areas: social work background and experience; awareness and knowledge of the Leadership Framework, Implementing the Framework, communicating information about the Framework and respondent's demographics.  

This survey will close at midnight on 6 September 2024.

Your response to this survey is anonymous. No respondents will be identifiable in the analysis and reporting for this research project.  Any information provided will be held securely by the Social Care Council for a maximum of three years and then disposed of in line with GDPR requirements. This survey was open from 16 August - 6 September 2024. Responses are being used to support the promotion and implementation of the Social Work Leadership Framework in Northern Ireland.
