NHSCT Rural Health and Wellbeing Survey

Closed 24 May 2023

Opened 17 Apr 2023

Overview

The NHSCT has a legal responsibility to have ‘due regard to rural needs’. The definition of ‘rural’ includes all settlements of less than 5,000 people including those who live in open countryside.  With this in mind, we are reflecting on our work in rural areas and want to hear from you!  The following short survey will seek to find out your views on rural health and wellbeing issues.

Why your views matter

The Health and Wellbeing Team in the Northern Trust area are invested in finding out what is important to the people of our rural communities. We want you to tell us what is important to you, and how you think we could do more to help support people in rural areas to live healthy happy lives.

By completing the short survey, and including your email address, you could also be in with a chance of winning a £50 voucher for Tullyglass House Hotel.

Names and contact details will only be used to draw a prize winner. All personal data will be removed from the survey before analysis. All data will be stored and used in accordance with GDPR legislation.
