NHSCT AHP Workforce Survey - Experience of COVID-19

Closed 12 Oct 2020

Opened 8 Sep 2020

Overview

The adaptability of the AHP workforce has been acknowledged by the Trust senior management team, by the DOH and by the Minister for Health.

Many staff have had to adapt to working from home; sometimes in very challenging personal circumstances; redesigning how AHP services can be delivered to ensure continuity of care to the most vulnerable in our communities; taking on new and very different roles to support the MDT, for example in critical care/ICU, supporting people in care homes and in their own homes, swabbing teams, familiy liaison, staff accomodation, support roles etc.

The purpose of this survey is to hear about AHP experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic from March 2020 - June 2020 to inform provisional plans for any second COVID-19 surge, or to inform any future contingency planning.

The survey can be completed anonymously if you wish and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

What happens next

Information from this online survey and any feedback conversations will be collated in an anonymised summary report which will be shared with AHP HOS and with AHP staff.
