Encourage more frequent recognition of achievements throughout the year through team meetings, local communications, and regular updates, while continuing to showcase successful collaboration and positive outcomes across LPS. Annual LPS Celebration Event - Introduce an annual celebration event for all staff, providing an opportunity to come together to recognise achievements, share success stories, and celebrate the contributions made across LPS throughout the year. LPS People Awards Programme - Introduce a small number of people-focused awards, recognising individuals and teams who make a positive difference. Annual LPS Awards - Introduce a dedicated annual awards programme that recognises outstanding achievements and contributions across LPS, giving colleagues the opportunity to celebrate the positive impact made by specific individuals and teams.
