A5 Western Transport Corridor (A5WTC) Section 1
Engagement Period Closed
The Department carried out public engagement on the Section route options between 11:00am on 27 May and 11:59pm on 7 July to gather views from the public, local communities, landowners, stakeholder bodies and anyone with an interest in Section 1 of the A5 Western Transport Corridor.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views. Feedback has been sought at preliminary stage and will inform assessment work. Comments received will help the Department better understand local priorities, environmental sensitivities and community concerns before any decisions are made. All feedback received will be recorded, reviewed and considered as part of the Stage 2 Scheme Assessment.
