Dear ISTD Staff Member

Welcome to the ISTD Staff Development Survey. We are committed to staff development and staff engagement and have devised this survey based on initial responses provided under ‘learning and development'  and 'employee engagement' in the NICS people survey 2023. 

This survey will assess more in-depth views and allow you to make positive suggestions for improvement.

We encourage everyone to complete the survey. Please be honest, constructive and thoughtful in your input.

Please note that learning and development questions in this survey do not refer to mandatory training, which is a requirement for all staff. The questions  relate to job related learning and development opportunities
