Why your views matter
In May 2023, we committed to launching a ‘Review of the Regulation of the Non-Domestic Energy Retail Market’. The strategic aim of this work is to identify and remedy gaps in the existing non-domestic regulatory framework to ensure fair engagement and outcomes in the retail energy market for business consumers.
Today, we are publishing a Call for Input in order to gather responses from a wide range of stakeholders on the questions posed within this paper in order to help shape the future regulatory framework for non-domestic consumers.
Reponses to this CfI should be forwarded to reach UR on or before 4pm on Monday 29 January 2024. Electronic responses are preferable and can be sent to nadine.mercer@uregni.gov.uk
