Healthcare Charges in Northern Ireland
Overview
The Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) is currently undertaking a review of the information available to the public in relation to entitlement to publicly funded health and social care services, and the processes that NI Health and Social Care Trusts (NIHSC) undertake to assess entitlement.
Why your views matter
As part of this review, we are seeking the views of individuals/organisations (who have supported patients who require information on entitlement and/or have received entitlement assessment correspondence) through the completion of a short, anonymised survey.
Views will be sought on whether current information is clear, accessible, and informative, and/or whether improvements are required. Responses will be analysed as part of NIPSO’s assessment and may be published within a NIPSO Overview Report.
Although the survey can be completed anonymously, there is an option to provide the name of your organisation if you wish to do so. Further information on how NIPSO collects and processes data can be found within our Privacy notice. Privacy information | NIPSO
The survey should take 2/3 minutes to complete.
