Social workers - share your views on the Social Work Leadership Framework

This survey is open to all social workers and social work students registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.  We want to hear your views about social work leadership and how the Social Work Leadership Framework (the Leadership Framework) is being used to support social workers in their professional development.

This survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. It covers four key areas: social work background and experience; awareness and knowledge of the leadership framework, the social work domains and implementing the framework.  

This survey will close at midnight on 9 September 2026.

Your response to this survey is anonymous. No respondents will be identifiable in the analysis and reporting for this research project.  Any information provided will be held securely by the Social Care Council for a maximum of three years and then disposed of in line with GDPR requirements.
