Overview
Review of supervision policies and practices for the social care workforce - Social care supervisor survey – Feb 2026
This survey is for social care supervisors in all sectors and settings across Northern Ireland. This is part of a review of employer supervision policies and practices within the voluntary, community, private and statutory social care sectors in Northern Ireland.
Regular supervision provides social care practitioners with the opportunity to reflect on their work, ensuring that their practice remains safe, effective, and competent. Your participation in this survey is invaluable, as it will help us gain a clear and realistic understanding of what support and supervision mean to you in your social care role. We would appreciate if you could take 10 minutes to complete the 12 short questions in this survey. All responses are anonymous and no individual or service will be identifiable in the feedback reports.
This survey is open until 5pm on Friday 27 February 2026
Thank for taking the time to help us improve supervision policies and practices across social care in Northern Ireland.
