Shared Decision Making Trust Position Updates

Overview

This survey is to collate current Trust positions in relation to the implementation of NG197 - Shared Decision Making. It is clear many Trusts have developed robust processes and structures to support implementaton of these guidelines and there has been shared learning through the Regional Group. We would like to take this opportunity for Trusts to highlight and showcase good practice examples and resources as we move to a position whereby SDM is part of everyday culture across HSC. Please liaise with nominated leads for SDM in your Trust to submit a response ahead ot the Regional SDM Meeting on Thursday 6th August. This will support us in developing a position paper for submission to SPPG.
