Understanding User Involvement
Overview
The Patient and Client Council in conjunction with Ulster University are inviting you to take part in a survey regarding service user and carer involvement. The survey seeks to gain an understanding of user involvement, and how it influences Health and Social Care services in Northern Ireland.
The survey will gather your views and experiences of being involved within health and social care across the system.
We anticipate that the survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will help the Patient and Client Council to better understand your experiences of involvement.
Thank you.
