Innovation Delphi Round 3

Overview

Thank you for those of you who have participated in the SET Innovation Delphi Survey. We have now completed Round 1 and Round 2 of the Delphi.

In Round 1 you were asked your opinion on how you would define Innovation in the context of looking to the future for SEHSCT. We had responses from staff across the Trust who are involved in some capacity in innovation. The responses were collated and presented in Round 2 statements where you were asked to score how much you agree or disagree with the statement. These results were analysed and a consensus level applied. If statements reached agreement (Greater than or equal to 75%) then these statements were removed from the survey as having reached consensus.

In Round 3 we are now presenting 64 statements to consider. Alongside these statements will be a summary of the group response and if you participated in Round 2 reminder of your individual response. With this new information we are asking you to consider the statement again and make a decision on how strongly you agree or disagree with the statement.

This survey has been extended and will close on Friday 29th August 2025.
