Patient Travel Feedback Survey

Overview

The Strategic Planning & Performance Group (SPPG) of DOH approve Health & Social Care (HSC) Trust Consultant requests to transfer patients to providers outside Northern Ireland for assessment and/or treatment which is not available through HSC facilities locally.  This is known as the Extra Contractual Referral (ECR) process.  Where patients are transferred under the ECR process, the SPPG will pay approved treatment costs and assistance with travel related costs.  This survey is seeking patient and user feedback on the Patient Travel & Reimbursement Service provided by SPPG.
