Paediatric Psychology Workshop for Parents
Overview
Dear parent/guardian,
Paediatric Psychology are thinking about developing a workshop for parents/guardians of children and young people who have recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. Paediatric Psychology work with young people and parents about how they feel, think and behave - particularly when a young person might have difficulties with a medical condition or treatment. We are hoping that this workshop will help support parents/guardians with the emotional aspect of a child being diagnosed with epilepsy
We would like to hear from parents/guardians of children with epilepsy to find out more about the type of workshop that would best support you. Your views will help design the content and details of the workshop. We would be grateful if you could take a few moments to complete the questionnaire.
This questionnaire is anonymous and voluntary. Please do not enter any personally identifiable information such as names etc into your response. The overall results from the data gathered from this survey will be used to develop the workshop, develop our service and may be used in presentations or reports that serve this purpose. It may not be possible to facilitate all of your feedback.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact the Paediatric Psychology team secretary Shannon on: 02837567224.
Thanks for your co-operation
