Nov 22 Pre-workshop questionnaire: Psychological Formulation

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to complete this online questionnaire which should take no longer than 2 mins to complete.

Prior to completing the day long workshop in Psychological Formulation, this questionnaire will ask you to rate your understanding and awareness of how psychological formulation can be useful for for someone experiencing a crisis and be used to guide staff interventions. 

At the end of the workshop we will ask you to complete a similair questionnaire . Repsonses from both pre and post workshop questionnaires will be used to evaluate the workshop
