1. The daily contribution is £5 per day up to the cohort maximum possible value

QUB Year 3  £345

QUB Year 4  £555

QUB Year 5  £360

UU T Year    £220

UU SSC Placement £45

2. If you submit this claim form, you will not be eligible for residential accommodation
3. This is a pilot scheme, there is no guarantee of the arrangements continuing in subsequent years 
4. Claims are only open to students on placement within NHSCT Trust
5. All data provided will be shared with funding bodies
6. Students should disclose this claim in all funding applications

PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE BACKDATED FOR CLAIMS PRIOR TO 24.10.22
