MOC - Antrim Bank Holiday and Weekend working Rota Principles Survey

The Weekend Working Group has established a number of proposals for producing and managing the allocation of Bank Holidays and weekend days.

This survey seeks to discover which of the options presented is considered as the most agreeable to the majority of staff. Please answer this survey if you are affected by the MOC for Antrim Bank holiday and weekend service.

Why your views matter

It is important to seek the views of the staff impacted by this MOC. The Weekend Working group is aiming to achieve a consensus position on a rota process based on staff understanding of the options presented.

What happens next

The results will be analysed and presented at the Senior Team Management meeting for discussion.  Managers and Team leads will be issued with information in order to populate a draft rota.
