Review of Level 4 Vocational Qualifications in Health & Social Care NI - Training Provider Survey 2024

Hello and thank you for taking time to contribute to the  Review of Level 4 vocational qualifications in Health & Social Care 2024. Your feedback will help ensure these qualifications continue to provide the skills and knowledge required for social care practitioners to practise safely and effectively in their adult social care roles.

This survey is made up of 17 questions and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. 

We would appreciate if you could complete the survey before midnight on Wednesday 8 January 2025.

Please note: Your participation is voluntary.  Individual respondents and organisations will not be identified in any reports produced from the survey. Any information provided will be held securely by the Social Care Council for a maximum of three years and then disposed of in line with GDPR requirements.
