Honest Broker Service User Feedback Survey 23/24

Overview

This survey is intended to measure satisfaction with the Honest Broker Service (HBS) during the 2023/24 financial year.

It covers your experience in accessing data either via attendance at the Franklin Street Safe Haven or remotely using the Secure e-Research Platform.

You only need to complete the section(s) that are relevant to you but please do provide general feedback in Section 3 as to how satisfied you are with the overall service.

If you have worked on multiple projects during the year, you only need to fill out the survey once.  If you have comments on a specific project you can refer to this in the comments boxes provided.
