This survey is intended to measure satisfaction with the Honest Broker Service application process during the 2023/24 financial year.

It covers your experience from your initial contact with the Honest Broker Service to the point your application was approved. If you have worked on multiple project applications during the year, you only need to fill out the survey once.  If you have comments on a specific application you can refer to this in the comments boxes provided.
