EWTS Whole Staff Baseline 2024/2025
Overview
The Emotional Wellbeing Teams in Schools (EWTS) programme is part of the implementation of the Children and Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing in Education Framework. The main focus is to provide overarching
guidelines to support school staff to help them promote emotional wellbeing and strengthen self-esteem and resilience in their pupils. The EWTS will work with the
schools to offer support for capacity development in areas related to emotional wellbeing.
‘The purpose of this questionnaire is to inform planning and outcomes for EWTS intervention with schools regionally, this is not a reporting channel.
Therefore PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY NAMES- this includes your own, schools staff, other pupils or parents. The responses will only be monitored periodically by EWTS staff who are external to your school, and therefore will not pick up individual concerns in a timely manner. If you have any concerns relating to an individual or school please raise this via your school’s safeguarding procedure.’
