Evaluation of Virtual Cow's Milk Allergy Session

Overview

As you are aware over the course of COVID-19 a large number of services within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust continued to provide care virtually either over the phone or using video calls.  As a department we wish to review how services users feel about this and identify if there is scope to adopt this practice to some degree going forward.
