The aim of this survey is to engage with staff who currently work within the Trust's Endoscopy Service.

We would like to know your experience of working in Endoscopy, so that we can improve local working conditions and practices.

What happens next

Other than identifying your Job Title, no one will be able to identify your responses. The survey findings will be analysed and a report will be given of the responses at the next Trust User Group Meeting / Endoscopy Unit Meetings.
