Overview

This online form is for social care employers who participated in the  Northern Ireland Social Care Council pilot of the Level 2 Certificate in Safe and Effective Practice.

We appreciate that you have already been engaged with our workforce development team to discuss your experiences of the pilot and to gather your recommendations for the delivery of the certificate programme and the use of the training guides.  In addtion to this discussion with the team, we would also ask you to share your views in this short online form about your overall experience of delivering the programme. The information you provide will help to provide assurance of a consistent approach to the evaluation report for this pilot.  

The online form is made up of 10 questions and should take around 20 minutes to complete.

The Social Care Council will hold your information securely for the duration of the project.  Your data will be disposed of in line with al GDPR requirements once the project and assessments are completed (maximum of 3 years). All responses will be anonymised and no-one will be identified in any report regarding the project outcomes.
