Cafre Health and Wellbeing Survey

Overview

Northern Health Social Care Trust in partnership with Cafre are asking for your views and experiences as a student. Completing this survey will help us develop a programme of activities to meet your health and wellbeing needs.

We know that being a student can be challenging, so therefore self- care and looking after your health and wellbeing is important.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your answers are anonymous and all information collected will be held in line with GDPR and the NHSCT privacy policy

In accordance with NHSCT’s commitment to adhering to the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, the information collated from this Health and  Wellbeing survey will be treated in the strictest of confidence. This survey has been developed by a group of NHSCT staff in partnership with Cafre. Information and responses will be collated and analysed to shape and inform health and well being programme of activities.

Responses via Citizen Space will not include any identifiable information i.e. name or log-in details. You do not have to include email details but participants may choose to provide their email address in order to get a summary of their responses. Citizen Space surveys will be retained for a period of time not exceeding 12 months after which the survey and any email addresses will be deleted.

Participation in this survey is voluntary.
