Overview

This online questionnaire is for updates to the Social Care Council asset register. 

You will be asked to confirm your name, email address, username for the system and the asset tag number of any laptop, monitor, tablet or equipment of value that you have assigned to you.  This should take less than 5 minutes for you to complete.
