Social Care Council - App Release 1 Testing Feedback

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to participate in user testing of the first release of the new Social Care Council App. Please note this release is limited to the following functions:

• Login as existing user
• Interfacing with My Account and My Certificate
• Updaing personal details and password
• Seeing reviewal date/status
• Viewing standards and policies
• Viewing resources
• Receiving notifications
• Contacting the SCC

Following the testing, we would now ask that you complete an online feedback survey which is made up of 12 short questions and should take less than 15 minutes of your time. Your responses will provide valuable information to support the user testing of the new app and help us ensure it provides a good user experience.

The first few questions relate to you and your involvement in social work/social care.  You can leave these questions blank, If you prefer to submit an anonymous response.
