Application Form – Internal Quality Assurance verifier (IQA) qualification funding support 2025/2026 - January 2026
Introduction
Thank you for your interest in applying for internal quality assurance verifier qualification funding support. This funding is to train staff to become vocational qualification internal quality assurance verifiers, in the field of Health and Social Care, across the independent (community & voluntary and private) and statutory sectors in Northern Ireland (NI). Private training organisations are also eligible to apply for this funding.
This form is split into four sections:

- Organisation declaration
- Application for internal quality assurance verifiers qualification funding
- Closing information
Your form will be allocated a unique identifier to allow you to save each section and edit the form up until the point where you submit the application. Forms cannot be edited once they have been submitted. If you have made an error on the form, please contact workforcedevelopment@niscc.hscni.net (quote the unique identifier, your organisation name and a request for the form to be deleted). Once the form is deleted, you will be able to make a fresh application.
Please note that all relevant sections in the application must be completed before an application can be considered.
