Overview

This form is designed for staff leading on/participating in Involvement projects to submit their 'Involvement Stories' to be included on the Engage website. 

It is hoped that in using this data collection method, it will help staff to keep the stories clear and concise, whilst also allowing the information to be showcased in a structured and easily understandable way for the reader.
