Overview

You recently met with a Psychologist who works in the Paediatric & Neonatal Clinical Psychology Service.   This may have been in person or virtually by telephone or zoom video link. We would really like to hear what you thought about meeting with your psychologist. Any information we collect on this survey will be private and anonymous, this means the psychology team will not be able to identify you personally from your response.

Your experience of meeting with a psychologist matters to us, as we aim to create a service that offers a safe place for adolescents to talk.
