2023-24 PHA Annual Section 75 Data Return

This data collection form will be live from 1 March 2024 until 31 May 2024.

All information must be entered before the end date, however you do not need to enter all the data at one time, you can save and return to complete the form at a later date.

Please note however that once you press the submit button the data cannot be changed.

IMPORTANT

PHA are not at this stage seeking S75 information for children & young people aged under 18 so please only submit consolidated returns for adults. 

For contracts that serve both adults and children & young people, please only include Section 75 data for those that are adults.
