The purpose of this survey is to support residents, families and staff to provide a snapshot of their most recent experience in relation to visiting a Care Home.

When completing the survey we invite you to reflect upon your most recent
experience of visiting. For staff in the Care Home please reflect upon a visit you are familiar with or your most recent engagement with visiting.
