Northern Ireland Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Support Staff Survey 2025
Overview
Thank you for taking the time to complete The Northern Ireland (NI) Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Support Staff Workforce Survey 2025. It is for all individual Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Support Staff in NI to complete and will allow a better understanding of the current numbers and skills mix in the pharmacy workforce.
Why your views matter
The results of this survey will help inform the implementation of the Pharmacy Workforce Review 2020, which seeks to deliver a sustainable pharmacy workforce for the future. In addition, the survey will also support the work to establish pharmacy technicians as a regulated healthcare profession in Northern Ireland, as announced by the Minister for Health in June 2022. These actions are recommendations of the Pharmacy Workforce Review 2020 and will be key enablers to enhance the contribution that pharmacy technicians can make to the delivery of healthcare across all settings.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Please note, question routing is used within this survey, such that you will be directed to certain questions, dependent on your answer to other questions.
An error message will appear if a required question is not answered; such questions need to be answered in order to move to the next page.
