My Experience of Waiting for a Package of Care

Overview

The purpose of this survey is to understand your experience when waiting for your package of care. Your experience will shape how we can best support service users, families and carers during delays in receiving a package of care. For the purpose of this project a delay is defined as waiting more than 7 days from when your discharge was planned until you received your package of care.
