Thank you for your valuable contribution to ICS NI’s Service User and Carer Workstream.  We would like to invite you to complete the questionnaire below.

 

The questions have been developed to try and capture the experiences of Workstream members throughout the duration of the ICS NI Service User and Carer Workstream from October 2021 – March 2024.
