Overview

Work has recently started on an organisational re-design of the Department.  This re-design will ensure we have the most sustainable and appropriate organisation model for the future and our aim is to ensure our people are matched to our priorities. 

This template will allow staff to record skills and experiences and also career development aspirations to assist in the alignment of staff resources to organisational priorities.
