Workforce Statistics and Analysis (WSA) branch consists of NISRA statisticians embedded within People and Operational Development (P&OD). We produce a range of HR-related statistics on staff in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). These statistics include publications on Sickness Absence, Equality, Pay, Personnel and Recruitment.
