Join us on Tuesday, 21st October, for Together We Stand, a powerful in-person event hosted by ONUS to mark Domestic Abuse Awareness Month. This session will bring together voices and perspectives to deepen understanding and strengthen responses to domestic abuse.

Explore how domestic abuse manifests across different groups, with a focus on recognising signs and patterns. -

Learn how to offer meaningful support and respond effectively to disclosures and situations of abuse, with practical guidance and inclusive approaches. -
12:15 – 12:30 | Safe Place Advocate & Close
Hear from a Safe Place Advocate on creating safe environments and closing reflections. -
12:30 – 13:30 | Lunch & Networking
Connect with colleagues and safe place advocates over lunch.
Led by Lindsay Harris and Josephine Flynn from ONUS, this event promises to be an engaging and informative experience for anyone committed to recognising, supporting, and responding to domestic abuse in all its forms.
