Introduction
The Public Sector Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) are committed to strengthening our procurement processes and supplier relationships.
The Public Procurement Supplier Communication Strategy, published in July 2025, committed Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) to seek feedback from suppliers to help us identify areas for improvement and ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient experience.
Confidentiality
Your responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Only collated responses will be provided to CoPEs for service improvement purposes.
Being Specific
The more specific you can be in your responses where improvements are required, the easier it will be to make the necessary changes.
Positive Feedback
There is a section at the end of the survey where you can detail any positive experiences as these are equally important in how we engage and communicate with suppliers.
