Workforce Statistics and Analysis (WSA) branch consists of NISRA statisticians embedded within People and Operational Development (People & OD). We produce a range of HR related statistics on staff within the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). These statistics include an annual publication on Sickness Absence (see link below).
