SEUPB Staff Survey
Overview
The following survey has been developed by Innovation and Consultancy Services (ICS), an organisation within the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). We provide independent advice, insight and service improvement across NICS and Arms-Length Bodies. We have been commissioned by the Department of Finance to carry out some research including this survey to gain a greater understanding of attitudes and experiences of staff working in SEUPB. It is intended to supplement the SEUPB Employee Talkback survey completed earlier this year.
Why your views matter
As part of the review, we are seeking your views.
We want to understand, and add to the existing responses you provided in the Talkback survey, how working in SEUPB feels for you. We will ask you about management interaction, including your interactions with senior management; pay and benefits; culture within SEUPB; your future plans and career progression.
Your responses will be anonymous (unless you choose to be identified) and held only by ICS. All responses will be aggregated before reporting to ensure anonymity. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey closing date is 8 August 2025.
