Safe Place Advocate Training 2024-25
Overview
The Civil Service is committed to providing support to those experiencing, or at risk of, domestic and/or sexual abuse and has pledged to the White Ribbon NI and Onus Safe Place Campaign: never to commit, condone or stay silent about domestic violence or abuse.
We recognise the importance of providing a safe, supportive workplace for those colleagues affected by domestic violence or abuse , and your role as a Safe Place Advocate is key in signposting those affected to relevant sources of support.
Given that you completed your Safe Place Advocate training some time ago, you are now required to attend Safe Place Advocate refresher training.
As before, there are three tiers of training. Attendance at ALL three tiers is required to remain a Safe Place Advocate.
You will only need to attend one session per tier, but to help co-ordinate and manage attendee numbers at this stage, please confirm all sessions which you are able to attend by completing the following questionnaire.
