Review of the Consumer Council Northern Ireland

Overview

Innovation and Consultancy Services (ICS) is an internal consultancy team in the Department of Finance within the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS). We have been commissioned by the Department for Economy to carry out a periodic review of the Consumer Council Northern Ireland.

This survey is designed to gain the views of wider stakeholders of the Consumer Council, to understand their relationship, the impact the Consumer Council has and to review their current delivery and to assess areas of potential future need.

All information will be reported in aggregate and anonymised, so no group or individual will be identified. Survey responses will be held solely by ICS and will be disposed of in accordance with GDPR regulations upon the completion of the project.
