Properties Division Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023/2024

Properties Division (PD) provides a wide range of services to customers across several different business areas.  The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from the Premises Officer customer group who interact with several business areas across the Division.  Therefore we would like your views on the services provided across individual work areas to ensure that we receive focused relevant feedback.

Properties Division is made up of three main operational business areas, namely:-

  • Estate Management Unit (EMU);
  • Estate Development Unit (EDU);
  • Stormont Estate Management Unit (SEMU).

There will be a short description of the services that each business area provides within their respective question set. 

You may/may not have had contact in the last 12 months with all of the different business areas.  If you have not had contact with a particular business area then you can record this as a response and you will be directed to answer questions for the next business area.

We would appreciate if you could give a BALANCED response in relation to your contact with the relevant business area for last 12 month period.
