Patient & Client Council User Survey
Overview
ICS (Innovation & Consultancy Service) is a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, economists, facilitators, service designers and behavioural scientists that support the public sector to deliver better outcomes for our people through independent advice, insights and service improvement.
We (ICS) have been commisioned by the Patient & Client Council (PCC) to conduct an independent review of how well the Patient & Client Council operate and to assess any impacts (both good and bad) of their model of helping patients. In order to do this we would love to hear from you about what your experience was like with the Patient & Client Council; if there was anything that stood out in a positive way or if there were any ways you think the Patient & Client Council could improve.
We recognise that the nature of having interacted with the Patient & Client Council means that you've had a negative healthcare experience of some kind and so we want to thank you for any information around what was potentially a very difficult experience. We would also like to emphasise that this survey is completely anonymous and will in no way impact the outcome of your complaint if it's ongoing.
