NIHE Supporting People Programme - Strategic Needs Asessment- Staff Survey

Overview

Innovation and Consultancy Services is an independent consultancy team within the Department of Finance. We are currently working with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the Department for Communities to carry out a Strategic Needs Assessment.

This survey is part of our staff engagement process.  Your views are vital in helping us understand the current situation, pressure points, and what opportunities or concerns you see for the future.

The information you provide will be used to inform our analysis and recommendations. 

The survey should take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.

All responses will be treated confidentially and reported anonymously. You are not required to provide any personal information unless you choose to.
